According to Rafique, the experience at DiscoveryWorks Legal has been a great one.

“We have some very talented persons working here and the support we get from management is tremendous.”

Rafique is literally considered the livewire at DiscoveryWorks Legal through his technical role on the job. The Richland Park resident oversees the operations of the technical department at the facility and ensures the technical resources are in place for staff to carry out their functions.

Under his watch, the technical department undertakes network support, research and development, electronic discovery and technical production for the company.

Since joining DiscoveryWorks, Rafique and other members of staff have benefited from training in new technologies.

“I think we are probably the only company here in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with a gigabit Ethernet backbone, our goal is to have this service at every desktop at DiscoveryWorks to support our service offerings. That in itself represent a huge investment as the equipment is pretty costly, and I think that conveys the emphasis that management has on providing this facility with the tools that it needs to get the job done,” the excited IT expert mentioned.
