Richland Park resident Marisa Davis is going on three years at Professional Secretarial and Consultancy Services.{{more}}
Her job as receptionist sees her being in charge of the front office where she answers the phone and deals directly with the customers.
Her recipe for success on the job is a pleasant face, a warm smile, politeness and keen listening.
“I always listen to the customers,” said the past student of Professional Secretarial Institute. She hopes to one day pursue further studies but is at this time comfortable working with her boss Camille Crichton, “who has taught me a lot”.
