Lord, help me express myself in such a way that my spouse knows deeply of my love and admiration. Enable both of us to say what we feel but to do it in a way that encourages change rather than stubbornness that brings renewal rather than retreat to our relationship. Thank you that love has the power to make us more of who we can be. My husband belongs to me and I am his. Amen.
