Man killed in Buccament

SEARCHLIGHT understands that a shooting death has occurred in the Buccament community on Thursday, September 7.

The shooting occurred on the road to the bayside around 8 am and resulted in the death of a male who goes by the nickname Humble Gasa.

This is the first murder since the mass shooting which occurred in Kingstown on July 19 and brings the country’s homicide rate to 36 for the year.
