Dos and don’ts for sensitive skin

DOs

1. Do drink eight glasses of water daily.
2. Do use acne-cleansing pads without resorcinol, which when used on black skin acts as a darkening agent.
3. Do stay calm and learn to relax to help chase skin problems away.{{more}}
4. Do develop better dietary habits. What you put in your body affects your skin.
5. Do use special astringent or skin fresheners formulated for sensitive skin.
6. Do keep your face’s dry zones in check.

DON’Ts

1. Don’t use astringents designed for oily skin or dry zones of your face.
2. Don’t eat a lot of dong products, salty and processed foods, or sugar-filled products, including chocolate.
