Georgetown Secondary retains All Windward Athletics title
Georgetown Secondary School retained the team championship with 531 points, and grabbed the lion’s share of the individual championship titles at the 2026 All Windward Athletics Championships, held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at the Chili Playing Field in Georgetown.
Following in second place in the teams points standing was the West St. George Secondary School on 323 points; while the third place was captured by the Emmanuel High School Mesopotamia with a total of 310 points. The Sandy Bay Secondary School with 216 points, took the fourth spot; St. Joseph’s Convent, Marriaqua with 143 points was fifth; and the Adelphi Secondary School with 71 points took the cellar sixth placed position.
Onesia Moore of the Georgetown Secondary School, who was the 2025 Junior Female individual champion, successfully defended the title this year and was crowned the 2026 All Windward Secondary School Athletics Championships joint-Victrix Ludorum. She shared the title with Malia Roberts of the Emmanuel High School Mesopotamia; both amassing a total of 25 points.
The Victor Ludorum title went to Marlon Burke of the Georgetown Secondary School who ended the championships on 31 points.
Ellisa Williams of the Sandy Bay Secondary School was the junior female individual champion, she amassed 22 points; while Danley Williams of the Georgetown Secondary School won the junior male individual title with 29 points.
Onesia Moore of the Georgetown Secondary School won the intermediate female title with 25 points; while Marlon Burke won the male version of the title, also with 25 points.
Malia Roberts of the Emmanuel High School Mesopotamia won the senior female individual title with 25 points; the Georgetown Secondary School’s Jamol Spring won the senior male individual title, ending with 25 points.
In the open division, the Georgetown Secondary School took the female and male titles. Keswanique Guy did so in the female segment with nine points, while Kenneth Gurley took the male title, also with nine points.
