Females out front on Squash Association’s executive
FIVE FEMALES ARE part of the newly elected seven- member executive of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Squash Association.
Their election took place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the National Squash Centre, Paul’s Avenue at the association’s Annual General Meeting.
Leading the organization for another term is Amber Glasgow, who has kept her position uninterrupted after first being elected in 2023. This time around Glasgow has first timer Charlene Garrick, as her Vice- President, replacing Kevin Hannaway.
Taking up the role of General Secretary is Cindy Walcott who takes over from Claude Bascombe. Walcott served as a committee member on the previous executive.
Meanwhile, Dr Sherian Slater continues to serve as the association’s Treasurer. Nicholas Boyea is the new Public Relations Officer, replacing Mikal Quashie. Joining Boyea as the other male on the national management committee of the sport is Ceron Padmore, one of two committee members.
The other committee member is Lynn Cevene who, like Glasgow,Walcott and Slater retained places on the executive.
At the AGM Nandi Williams- Morgan gave some insight as to the changes to be done to the constitution, with the major one being a “two year” term for officers instead of the current one year.
Saturday’s AGM also endorsed Jules Snagg as national coach, and Ciara George to continue training as Safeguarding Officer.
