NLSCO elects new Executive
Elron Lewis will lead as President of the North Leeward Sports and Culture Organisation(NLSCO) for another two years.
Lewis was returned to the helm of the organization at their Annual General Meeting that took place last Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the Petit Bordel Secondary School.
In retaining the top position, Lewis warded off his challenger, Nadisha Browne, 18-7. Browne though, was installed as the vice president defeating Tilern De Bique 17 votes to 9.
Meanwhile, Kenera Thompson gained 15 votes to De Bique’s 10, to claim the position of secretary. De Bique however, got the nod as the organisation’s public relations officer, and Romique Hooper is the new treasurer.
The NLSCO’s games secretary is Dennis Samuel, while Afeisha Scott is the assistant secretary; and Alain Williams, Dillon Williams, Shanel Mac Kie and Latoya Clarke, the four committee members.
The NLSCO is the umbrella grouping charged with the task of staging sporting and cultural events in North Leeward.
