Curtains come down on 2025 SVG Masters Cricket this Sunday
RSVG POLICE, North East, Mustique, and Stubbs are through to the semi-finals of the 2025 SVG Masters 20/20 Cricket Competition.
They advanced to be the last four following last Sunday’s (November 30,2025) quarter finals, hence are in with a chance to take hold of this year’s edition.
Defending champions, RSVG Police, who are looking for a fourth straight lien on the title beat Bequia by 30 runs at the Park Hill Playing Field.
Police made 142 for 4 off 15 overs, as the match was reduced because of a late start.
Hyron Shallow led with 93, and Salvan Browne made 30.
Bequia responded with 112 all out off 14.4 overs. Renold Campbell scored 29, and Sherlon Pompey, 21.
Carlos Sampson picked up 4 for 16, bowling for Police.
Also at Park Hill, North East defeated Strokes Masters by nine wickets.
Strokes Masters scored 47 all out off 14 overs, as Shane Shillingford bagged 4 for 5, Rajiv Roberts 3 for 23, and Emron Lorraine 3 for 8.
North East mustered 48 for 1 off 4.1 overs, Shane Shillingford scoring 29.
At Stubbs, Mustique won over North Windward by 111 runs.
Mustique posted 204 for 5 off 20 overs. Oneil Thomas slammed 60, Drumo Toney 48, and Shem Browne 42.
North Windward responded with 93 for 9 off 20 overs, Raymond Jordan scoring 27.
Caswell Dorsett bagged 3 for 13, and Colbert Raimie, 3 for 16.
At Sion Hill GECCU Stanley Browne Stubbs defeated North Leeward by eight wickets.
North Leeward scored 59 all out off 13.5 overs, with Kevin Michael scoring 27. Stubbs reached 60 for 2 off 8 overs.
The semifinals take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025 with North East and Police meeting at the Sion Hill Playing Field and at Stubbs, Mustique and Stubbs will do battle.
Both matches are set to bowl off at 1:30 p.m.
The winners meet at the Sion Hill Playing Field from 1:00 p.m, this Sunday, December 7.
The closing and presentation ceremony will take place after the finals.
