Masters’ Cricket resumes after short break
Three matches were played last Sunday, November 2, 2025, as the SVG Masters 20/20 Cricket competition resumed after making way for the hosting of the International Masters Cricket Festival.
Mustique Company defeated Pastures by 133 runs, at the Sion Hill Playing Field.
Mustique posted 208 for 8 off 20 overs- Roger Gibson made 53, Dexter Small 53, Rohan Blake 35 not out, and Roy Baptiste 23.
Bowling for Pastures, Alvin Hope took 2 for 19.
Hope Pastures in response made 75 for 9 off 20 overs. Ceron Padmore snatched 2 wickets for 10 runs, and Dexter Small, 2 for 11.
At Stubbs, Davis Construction Bequia defeated North Windward by 64 runs.
Bequia scored 198 for 6 off 20 overs- Gregory Thomas scored 63, Reynold Campbell 37, and Victor Williams made 36 not out.
Othneil Baptiste took 2 for 31, bowling for North Windward, who made 134 for 8 off 20 overs.
Orlando Lavia hit 33, and Raymond Jordan ,23; while Sherlon Pompey pouched 3 for 21, and Gregory Thomas, 2 for 25.
Also at Stubbs, Park Hill overcame East Caribbean Metals Glamorgan by 37 runs. Park Hill scored 121 for 8 off 17 over; that match was reduced because of a late start. Winsbert Springer led with 54.
Augustus Mofford picked up 4 for 11, and Gershan Dick 2 for 31, were the most successful bowlers for Glamorgan.
In response, Glamorgan made 94 for 7 off 17 overs; Augustus Mofford scored 23. Denzil Frank had 3 for 15, and George Marksman, 2 for 6.
