Fuzion Tennis Academy recognises its stand-outs
IN CELEBRATION OF the tenth year of its operations, the Fuzion Tennis Academy recognized players who have excelled in the various categories over time.
They were put in the spotlight last Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Student’s Hall of the SVG Community College at the Villa Campus where an award ceremony was held.

Topping the awards list was Nakayda Caine, who was adjudged the 2024-2025 Player of the Year.
Additionally, Caine was the Best Backhand player in the Advanced Division; the Most Consistent Player; and was also part of the duo who copped the Best Doubles team.The other partner was Amaia Waterstone.
Best server in the Beginners Division was Myiah Bailey, with Amaia Waterstone taking the Intermediate Division award, and Akquin Johnson, the award in the Advanced Division.
Sieanna Minors took the Best Backhand award among Beginners, while the recipient in the Junior Beginners category was Janai George.
In the Best Forehand category, champing the Beginners Division was Enoch Peters; the Junior Beginners, Krishtian Puga; and Intermediate/ Advanced Division, Amaia Waterstone.
Meanwhile, Akquin Johnson was voted the Volley Master.
Other awards included, the Most Improved Players copped by Krishtian Puga in the Beginners Division, and Daryl Pope in the Junior Division.
Olivia Assui was a double winner, taking the Best Sportsmanship award and Best Attitude award; while Krish Puga copped the Most Coachable player award.
Danelle Kennedy left the venue after winning the Best Encourager award, and Amaia Waterstone, the award for the Most Dedicated player.
Also recognized were Alberto White for his continued sponsorship of the academy, along with Kebajah King for his service to the sport, while Eula Johnny received the Support Award.
The academy used the forum to make public its Junior Executive Team comprising Adonia Bramble, Alexi Humphrey, Suri Noel, along with Anastacia White, Akquin Johnson, Darrion Roberts and Olivia Aussi.
