Two local Football Officials on Fifa Committees

President of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Association, Otashie Spring and Alicia Providence have been elected to serve on two committees of world Football’s governing body- FIFA.

Spring will serve on the Marketing and Advisory Committee and Providence the Legal Committee.

These positions of the Vincentian duo were published October, 7, 2025.

This as Fifa moved to increase the number of standing committees from seven to 35.

Meanwhile, a release from the secretariat of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF) hail the appointment of Spring and Providence as a “significant step forward for the nation’s presence on the global football governance”.

The tenure of Spring and Providence, like the others, will last until 2029.
