Breakaway Masters recognizes long-standing contributor

In what was a surprise to Keith Boyea and his staff, the Breakaway Masters Football Club last Wednesday recognized him for his contribution to the club’s annual firms’ competition for the past five years.{{more}}

The club presented Boyea with a plaque which read: “In recognition and appreciation of your allround contribution towards The Breakaway Masters Organization 2011-2015.”

Speaking for the club, Leopold Dopwell noted that over the past five years, Boyea has been instrumental in getting the trophies out of Trinidad and Tobago for the organization.

Dopwell said that this has assisted in a long way in their trophy presentation and closing ceremony.

In accepting the award, Boyea thanked Breakaway Masters for the gesture, stating it is on behalf of Beacon Insurances, BMC Agencies, Ezone and all the other outlets which he heads.

Boyea also praised the Breakaway Masters organization for its annual football competition, and acknowledged that they have led the way in introducing this type of friendly rivalry among the firms.

He projected that in 2016, a team from his entity could be entering the fray.

At the opening of the 2015 edition of the competition last August, Breakaway Masters honoured the Ballantyne family of Frenches.(RT)
