On home soil at the Cane End Playing Field, it took a second half strike from Orande James to lead his team to top and the double.

A week prior, Cane End took the knockout competition as well.

In the semi-finals, the newly crowned double champions Cane End had ousted All Saints University 3-2, while Greiggs saw off Downstreet 2-1.

Downstreet went on to take the third spot, but did so with some ease, as All Saints did not show up for the fixture on Saturday.

Cane End pocketed $1,500; Greiggs $1,000 and Downstreet $500.

Meanwhile, Richland Park Pride and Joy beat Greiggs 5-3 in the final of the Under-18 division, which preceded the senior showdown.(RT)
