Mc Dowall, who was third in the 60m sprint, tallied 2,457 points, while Grandeisha Cain, the other Vincentian female competitor was 11th with 2,339 points.

That category was topped by Paige Stuart of the Bahamas, whose 2,614 points outdid the other 22 competitors.
Bushayâs placing saw him accumulating 2,984 points, while his compatriot Uroy Ryan was 14th with 2,730 points. Bushay was second in the ball throw.
The Under-13 males contested the pentathlon, which comprised the 60m dash, the 1,000m, the long jump, high jump and the baseball throw, with the females doing the same, but the 800m instead of 1,000m.
The Vincentian participants in the Under-15 category found the going more challenging.
Ethan Myers placed 16th in the male segment with 3,426 points and Romar Stapleton was 25th with 2,715 points.
This category was won by Barbadian â Shacquille Lowe, whose aggregate of points was 4880.
Among the females, Zamesha Myle finished 16th with 3,390 points and Shahalia Lynch at the back of the pack on 1,771.
The winner was Julien Alfred of St Lucia, who put together 4,460 points.
St Vincent and the Grenadines won the female category in 2013 when Shaffiqua Maloney did so in Curacao.
Both the Under-15 males and females competed in the 80m, the long jump, the high jump, the baseball throw and the shot putt. In the Under-15, the males will run a 1,200m event and the 80m hurdles, while the females will cover 1,000m and hurdle for 60m. The combined events are referred to as the heptathlon.
The Vincentian contingent also included Chester Morgan, the teamâs coach and Chantel Legair, the chaperone.(RT)
