Young footballer continues his goal scoring fame

Valdo Anderson is refreshing his name as a potent striker as he continues to notch up accolades in goal scoring.

The nippy footballer, who showed promise at the youth level,{{more}} before migrating to Tortola, returned earlier this year to be the top marksman in three football leagues.

After copping the most goals awards in the Marriaqua competition and the first division of the National Club Championships, Anderson added the National Lotteries Authority North East accolade to the lot.

Following the footsteps of his father, former national player – Curtis “Fame” Joseph, Anderson scored 14 goals for his team – Sea Operations Greiggs in the North East setup.

But while Anderson’s goal scoring led to Greiggs’ winning the Marriaqua and national league titles, the same was the case in North East.
