Jordan joined four others: Lindon James, Alston Bobb, Donwell Hector and Juliana Nero, who have attained that recognition previously, when the names were revealed last Friday night at the awards and recognition ceremony at the Murray Heights conference room.

Nero, the lone female in the five, scored the most runs – 151 in the RBTT women’s T-20 competition, as she represented Garifuna Stars.

But other than the quintet, there were others whose performances gained rewards.

Ronald Scott of Smashers struck the most runs in the NLA first division – 444.

Buccament Bay Androids’ Joel O’Garro snared the most wickets – 44, with his teammate Wesley Simmons being adjudged the Best All-rounder for his 22 wickets and 271 runs.

Scott, Simmons and Deptor Culzac of Triumph United were the centurions.

Meanwhile, O’Garro, Police One’s Gerald Gould and Adolphus Campbell of Belmont United were recipients as bowlers who claimed 10 wickets in a match.

But it was Radcliffe Too’s Romario Pierre, with 8 for 18 against Androids, which were the best bowling figures. Police One took the first division title, followed by Androids and Belmont in that order.

In the Premier Division, Romario Bibby of third placed Guardian General Saints captured the most wickets, 32.

Bibby’s opening fast bowling partner recorded the lone 10-wicket match haul, when he picked up 10 for 75 against LIME Radcliffe.

Also Westrick Strough of losing finalist LIME Radcliffe had the best bowling performance in the NLA T-20 competition, with his 5 for 12 versus Ishallz Byam’s Physical Therapy.

Bequia’s Olanzo Billingy had the highest individual score in that competition, 93, scored against Police Two.

Team Rivals wrote the books, as they claimed all three titles – the Premier Division (jointly with Victors One), the Super-40 and the 20/20.

Last Friday’s ceremony also saw Marriaqua copping the Glenroy “ Hart” Durrant Under-15 zonal competition with North Windward the runner-up.

And, rounding up the women’s awardees, Cordel Jack of United Survivors had the highest individual score – 88 in their 20/20 competition, with La Toya Providence of JG Tigress taking the most wickets – 6.

Providence also pouched the Best All-rounder award, as she added 83 runs to her tally of wickets.

The best bowling figures were attained by United Survivors’ Samantha Lynch, who grabbed 3 for 12 versus Garifuna Stars.
