SVGASPE gives to Liberty Lodge Boys Training Centre

The St Vincent and the Grenadines Alliance for Sports and Physical Education (SVGASPE), in keeping with its mandate to develop people and communities, donated ten footballs to the Liberty Lodge Boys Training Centre.{{more}}

In making the presentation, chair of SVGASPE Ian Hypolite noted that his organization, although relatively new, takes its commitment to human empowerment seriously, hence its continued search for avenues to develop and partner with those who form part of their target group.

The footballs will be used in the centre’s ongoing sports and physical education programme.

Also partnering in the effort was the Central Kingstown Development Organisation, as the students of the centre will be part of the organisation’s music and sports programme, which runs from July 15 to July 27.
