Teams, performers awarded in the 2012 Hairoun Beer Football League

Several persons and teams were recently awarded for their performance in the 2012 Bequia Hairoun Beer Football League.{{more}}

Taking the overall most valuable player award was Philion Lavia of Ball Lovers.

Lavia also netted the most goals, was his team’s MVP and was adjudged the best striker on show.

The other MVP awardees were Michael Penniston – Basketball United, Ozanley Hazell – Diamond United; Steadroy Gregg – Bequia United, Diandrous Williams – Full Force, Shane Glynn – Gabba Boys, Darn Holder – Ghetto Stars, Larry Stowe – Masters FC AND Micahel Ollivierre – Young Warriors.

Keon Mc Fee of Gabba Boys was voted the best midfielder; Felix Lavia of Ball Lovers – the best defender; and Nicoline Bynoe – the best goalkeeper.

Taking the most disciplined team award was Basketball United.
