Yellow House back on top in Park Hill sports meet

On a keenly contested event day, Yellow House staved off a spirited challenge from Red House to emerge victorious in the Park Hill Government School’s annual sports meet.{{more}}

The 28th Annual Sports Meet, which was held on February 21, saw Yellow House reclaiming the title they narrowly lost to Blue House last year.

The final points’ standings showed Yellow House amassing 484 points, Red House on 424 and cellar position Blue House, a distant 371 points. Nikartha Martin (Yellow) and Jannilea Glasgow (Blue) captured the Victor and Victrix Ludorum respectively.

Defending Champions Blue House created the greatest visual impact and captured the March Past crown. Forty-six of the 48 events were completed on Sports Day. The 29th version of the meet is scheduled to be held at the soon to be opened state-of-the-art Park Hill Playing Facility.(Submitted by: Collin CA$H Haywood)
