Tama Hawks keeps winning

Tama Hawks defeated Jacob Archibald Designs (JAD) by 16 runs. Tama Hawks posted 174 for six off their allotted 20 overs, batting first.
Desron Lavia led the way with 79 and St. Clair Bascombe contributed 25.
JADâS bowling was led by Marcus Castello who took 2 for 30 and Rajah Williams 2 for 36.
JAD, in reply reached 158 for 9 from their 20 overs. Their lead batsman was Devon Wardrobe who hit44 not out and Rajah Williams added 21.
Sherbert Jacobs had 2 for 28 and Desron Lavia, who was later named Man of the Match, had 2 for 35.
In the other match played last Saturday, TAGS defeated Mustique Building Contractors Limited (MBCL) by massive 113 runs.
Batting first, TAGS was dismissed 134 from their 20 overs; Roy Baptiste led the way with 53, supported by Felix Greaves who made 28.
Leroy Alexander bagged 5 for 18 and Zanni Thompson took 3 for 17 bowling for MBCL.
However, their batting could not match the efforts of Alexander and Thompson, as MBCL was all out for a paltry 21.
Man of the Match Felix Greaves snared 5 for 5, and Lindon Cain took 4 for 15, as TAGS romped to a 113 runs triumph.
This weekend will see the final round of preliminary matches featuring JAD and Lion Gate Masters on Saturday, with Milsom Construction taking on Rock Masters on Sunday.
Matches bowl off at 2:30 pm on both days and will be played at the Mustique Playing Field. (RT)
