Bridge Boys defeat River Ridge in a Domino encounter

Rika’s Bar Bridge Boys Domino Club emerged victorious in their domino encounter with River Ridge of Daphne.{{more}}

The match was played at Carl Joseph’s Bar last Saturday evening.

River Ridge set a fast paced attack, but this was blunted when the Bridge Boys captain Rafael Williams adjusted the pairs on the board.

Bridge Boys went on to win by 35 games to 19.

For Bridge Boys, the outstanding players were Rafael Williams and Ainsley John, while the top players for River Ridge were Sanford Cumberbatch and Crispin Charles.

So far, Bridge Bars have played unbeaten this year, including victories against a Police team and River Ridge.

A return encounter is being planned for late September.
