The SVGFF will this Saturday, July 10, launch its brand new website, to replace the previously outdated and unmanaged one.
According to new General Secretary of the SVGFF, Ian Hypolite: âThis website will be the source for all news concerning Vincentian football, including this yearâ s National Lotteries Authority(NLA) Premier League.
He added: âUsers will be able to find match day highlights from matches in the NLA Premier League and track the progress of the team of their choice.â
The SVGFF is on cue with this part of the Coconut Bay Resorts Resolutions 2009, which has an August 31, 2010, time line.
Also coming out of the Secretariat of the SVGFF, FIFA representatives Chris Collie and Kevin Pipe are coming back for another visit from July 15 to 18.
This will be the second round of engagement to further the capacity building and corporate partnership business association initiative that was started last month, with discussions on June 3 and 4.
Last monthâs first visit produced an article of memorandum with St. Vincent and the Grenadines Broadcasting Corporation (SVGGBC). This memorandum paves the way for a live broadcast game of the week on Sundays at 4pm on SVGTV and a SVG Football magazine on Saturdays at 8pm.
The Executive also has until the July 31 date to upgrade its Information Technology (IT), mainly hardware and software, as well as upgrade its Data Base Management.
Additionally, the SVGFF, under the said Coconut Bay Resolutions, should by July 31 this year adopt a debt management strategy to ensure debt levels are at a manageable range.
