The male final is set for 3pm between the 2008 winners Simple Boys and the winner of Saturday’s reset semi final between Owia Shottaz and Glen United.

Scheduled for last Saturday, rain put paid to the proceedings, hence organizers were forced to reschedule the match for 3pm, tomorrow.

This match will be preceded by a meeting between United Survivors and Clinchers in an outstanding women’s fixture.

Rain also had a say in the first semi final between Simple Boys and Mac East Bank.

Simple Boys posted 166 for 8 from their 20 overs, led by Elton Williams’ 41. Elric Morris and Desron Maloney both hit 30 and Casmond Walters, 20.

Bowling for East Bank, Ralston Nanton picked up 3 for 13 and Junior Mc Donald 2 for 22.

When East Bank batted, they were 39 for 6 in the 11th over when the skies opened.

With the 10th over being the decider, Simple Boys was 51 for 3, while at that point, East Bank was 36 for 4, thereby Simple Boys won on a faster scoring rate.

Following this Sunday’s finals, the Presentation Ceremony will take place.
