In the first game, New Dynamics lost to: K.M.A 11 by 7 wickets. New Dynamics made 42 all out off 13.3 overs. Jason Akers grabbed 3 wickets for 7 runs. K.M.A 11 replied with 43 for 3 off 7.4 overs. U Kiney Miller was unbeaten on 20.
Then in the other encounter, R.S.V.G Police humiliated R.L.P Zinga by 158 runs. R.S.V.G Police amassed an imposing 222 all out. Rodrick John, 76, and Saleem George, 36, were the principal scorers. R.L.P Zinga in chasing their victory target was restricted to a meagre 64 off 16 overs. Chrisnel Cottoy got 18. Rodrick John in a fine all round performance captured 4 wickets for 13 runs, supported by Renford Jack, 3 for 1.
On Sunday, M.C.A Construction Smashers smashed DR Thomas Injectors in the first game. Smashers mustered a sizeable 183 for 5 from their allotted 25 overs. Dillan Woodley, 38, and Zimron Humphrey, 32, were the leading scorers. Dr. Thomas Injectors were whittled out for 47 in 15 overs. Gary Roberts got 21. Glenford Woodley picked up 3 for 18, and Shyan Pope grabbed 3 for 7.
In another game, Owia Shatters defeated NICE Radio Pine Hill Clinchers by 57 runs. Shatters made 160 runs for 8 wickets from 25 overs. Desron Lavia and Bradley Browne slammed 53 and 37, respectively. Corlan John captured 3 wickets for 37 runs for Clinchers. Clinchers replied with 103 all out off 18.3 overs. Hyron Shallow topscored with 46. Lesburn Lavia took 3 wickets for 31 runs.
Sundayâs feature game was between S.D.A Outlaws and Simple Boys. The latter reached 86 off 14 overs. Lex Burke hit 22. Outlaws responded with 88 off 14 overs. Elvis Mornix got 60, while Stein Joseph got 5 wicket haul for 21 runs.(PR)
