Digicel supporting sports in SVG

On Friday August 10, Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche donated a cheque of $1,000 to Ali Medjahed, the coordinator of the first ever âMustique TriAthlete Relayâ competition to help in the organization of that event.
Some 25 teams of three persons each comprised of a cyclist, swimmer and runner were engaged in the relay which was held on Sunday August 12.
Medjahed said that the TriAthlete Relay would be an annual event where locals and visitors could participate in a sporting activity that stretched their physical endurance and the scope of their friendships on the Grenadine Island.
Digicelâs Marketing Manager Juno DeRoche praised the efforts of the organizers and wished them success in their endeavors.
