Community College owed their success in some measure to the exploits of Javed Harry. He hit 98 as his team raced to 287 for 7 in the allotted 30 overs. Randolph Durham 41 and Michael St. Hillaire 35 also contributed with the bat. Mozart Harry 2 for 20 had the best figures for Courts Technical College.

Harry picked up 2 for 7 as Courts Technical College fell for 105 in 19.1 overs. Monty Chambers 22 and Kariem Peters 21 were the only batsmen to offer any resistance to the Community College bowling. Ashlin Bristol and Courtney Joyette 2 for 27 each were also among the wickets for Community College.

This is the first time that this version of the competition has taken place. It featured squads from the Police Training School as well as the Teachers’ College.
