Woman charged

Twenty-five-year old Keithlyn Richards, who was being sought by the Police, appeared before the Serious Offences Court on Friday, 6 March, and was charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Irvin James, of Belair, on February 23, 2009.{{more}}

The Campden Park resident, using crutches and in obvious pain from her broken right foot, stood in the defendant’s booth as the charges were read.

James was reportedly burnt about his face and body after an argument between him and ex-girlfriend Richards escalated.

Richards received bail of $5,000 with one surety. Her case was adjourned to June 11, 2009.
