CED wraps up entrepreneurship training in Georgetown today
Today, Friday March 27, 2026, participants are wrapping up training at a workshop on entrepreneurship which hosted by the Centre for Enterprise Development (CED).
The workshop opened on Monday March 23, at the NIS centre in Blackpoint, Georgetown.
Speaking at the opening CED’s Training and Education Coordinator, Keisha Phillips, said that was the third workshop that was being held since October, 2025.
Phillips, who is also the Project Coordinator for the OAS programme under which the training falls, said at the end of the training, participants should develop the necessary skills to create wealth and improve their livelihoods.
Persons from Georgetown and surrounding communities who are interested in starting or improving their small businesses took the opportunity to engage in the workshop.
The training was delivered by business consultant, Catilda James.
