PM Dr Godwin Friday heads 7-member delegation to CARICOM Heads Meeting
THE STAGE IS SET for what has been billed as one of the most significant gatherings in Caribbean history- the 50th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM).
Prime Minister, Dr. Godwin Friday, is heading a 7-member St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) delegation to his first Regular CARICOM Heads of Government Meeting which officially commences with a grand opening ceremony at 4:00 p.m today, February 24, 2026, at the Marriott Dome, Frigate Bay, St Kitts.
The ceremony will bring together the region’s most distinguished leaders, marking the formal start of three days of high-level deliberations under the theme “Beyond Words: Action Today for a Thriving, Sustainable CARICOM”, a release from the St Kitts and Nevis Information Services states.
