World Paediatric Orthopaedics Team completes another clinic in SVG
A World Paediatric (WP) General Orthopaedics team was back in St. Vincent on September, 7, 2025 where they completed another clinic at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (“MCMH”).

The team was expanded to include a specialized Orthopaedic Hand Team which placed its emphasis on cases surrounding the arms, hands and fingers, WP said in a release.
The General Orthopaedic team evaluated 61 children on this trip, marking an increase from the 53 children seen on their previous trip in June. The Orthopaedic Hand team evaluated 36 children. Along with children from SVG, the team also provided services to children from Barbados, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Dominica and Grenada. Ten general orthopaedic surgeries, and 15 orthopaedic hand surgeries were successfully completed within a 4-day period between Monday, September, 8, and Thursday, September, 11, 2025.
The team leader on the trip was Dr. Eric Gordon, who was joined by Dr. Lindley Wall who led the Hand team.

Accompanying Dr. Wall was Dr. Julie Drobish, Anaesthesiologist; Dr. Pradeep Attaluri, Orthopaedic
Hand Fellow; Hannah Gift, Occupational Therapist; and Jennifer Jensen, Nurse RN.
Local support was provided by Dr. Jasmine Davy-Ellis; Dr. Dwight Richards; Janelle Ballah; and some staff and OR Nurses from the MCMH.

The next teams on island will be World Paediatrics Physical Therapy and Urology teams in October and
