Death is an Appointment
EDITOR: Death is something we would never get accustomed to and it is visiting every family, it would seem. It is but a reminder that we all have an appointed time for our death, as according to Hebrews 9: 27. We may try to dance around and attribute it to vaccine when it is from a sickness. Whatever line of thought we take, death is sure.
Cancer, we know, is one of the top diseases from which persons die. It is rather unfortunate how sudden some of our loved ones go. In some cases they leave us in just a matter of days. Many are dying from the bullet of the gun, and some from accidents and other violent means. When persons die in these ways it is, in many cases, hard to cope with the suddenness.
Death is a but a reminder that life is a vapour and so ought to be taken seriously, so we ought to live every day as if it were our last day. With that in mind, we ought to seek to live peaceably with all men, even those who we see as political enemies. We ought to seek to live loving with one another and not to take life for granted. Instead, we ought to take seriously life, and be thankful for being alive.
We must consider being alive as a blessing and be thankful to God. Most importantly, we ought to ensure that we are prepared in the event we die. Making preparations by making sure our soul is right and this is done by repenting of our sins. We ought not to take our friends and those who are nice to us for granted.
In doing so, respect for each other and life is of importance. For, if we do so, we would have a mass reduction in the many murders we are hearing about.
I would encourage each of us to take serious our life, and to live in love with respect and care for each other, and we intensify our campaign. Let us seek to respect each other’s view and let us learn to love each other, even if they don’t support the party we support; and most importantly, let violence be laid aside and let us have a peaceful and violence free elections. May God bless us all.
