The ULP administration must indicate to the people if they are seriously pursuing the idea of getting this particular project on the way, because some persons are actually dying from the chronic disease.

Persons with chronic kidney failure must be dialyzed properly either two or three times a week in order to survive and the whole procedure is very expensive, but it must be done to prevent sudden death. If persons are not properly dialyzed, then death is quite imminent at any particular time and that is why it is so extremely important that the ULP administration definitely need to get this Dialysis Unit going, in order to save lives on a daily basis.
