What do you think of the selections for Fantastic Friday’s Calypso semi-finals?
  •  Harold Hannaway:

I haven’t heard most of them, but based on the selections, I expect a good competition. I plan to be there.{{more}}

  • Scopie:

I don’t like the picks. Especially with the P’tani tent, I don’t like the picks that they get; only Mystery is the only man there, all the rest sing stupidness. Man like Zion-I, they didn’t pick Zion-I. I dig horrors. And the guy who sing “Watch the pastor,” where is he? All them men worth the pick; where they going with dem comedy here? I don’t like them pick there.

  • Calbert Nero:
Up to now I haven’t heard any one of these persons’ songs. Based on those I see there, it is more persons who have been there already years ago, some experienced persons. I would like to hear all their songs, then I could say if they deserved to get picked.

  •  Bertram Phillips:

I am a “tent man” right through. I went to all the tent shows and I believe none of them should get pick. They don’t worth no car. Last year was plenty better. It was the worse I ever saw.

  • Sharon Sutherland:

I think it was some good picks, but I was looking for Tajoe. I think Joy-C getting the car though.

  •  Curtis Small:

I think it will be a Fantastic Friday. The selections were good and I am looking forward to the performances. I’m looking forward to Glenroy Delpesche and Bump-I. I the Defoe missing from the line-up.
