Every time I think of you

My heart will beat a little faster,

Oh the joy I feel deep down inside

You seem to be a nice person

Someone who is compassionate, kind and true

I have no regrets whatsoever

Having a friend as loving as you….

I am glad I have found a friend in you

A friend who promises to be always there.

Although sometimes we are far apart,

I feel as if you are always near….

We have quite a lot in common,

And that is what I know for sure.

I will hold you with all that I have got

And will not let you go….

It never seems to amaze me,

What someone like you have in store.

With your smile, your touch, your words,

Who can ask for more?
