We should denounce the gay lifestyle
Editor: I continue to read with interest many articles on the gay discussion. I would like to follow up on articles I wrote concerning the gays.{{more}}
It must first be borne in mind that gays are human beings and many of them are wonderful people and are making very valuable contributions to society and the development of this country. Thus, there should never be hatred for anyone who practices this lifestyle. There should be no discrimination against them and we should all love them as a human beings. Their lifestyle is what we must hate and speak out against.
It is a lie, to say the least, and an excuse to cover up our conscience and make a person who is a homosexual comfortable, when we say that their orientation results from a genetic or chemical imbalance; thus, such persons cannot be held responsible. This argument is total rubbish and a trick of the enemy to make those who practise this lifestyle comfortable and guilt free.
When society accepts this lifestyle and seeks to legalize it, making it okay to be a homosexual, then we are sending a generation further down in degradation and inviting the wrath of God further on this nation. Are we telling our young boys it is okay to be gay and our young girls it is okay to be a lesbian? What a shame! As adults, we have to be role models for the younger ones and when they see society accept it with open arms and it becomes legal, then there would be a wider spread of such a crime.
We know God created Adam and made a woman from the side of Adam. We know that God asked them to be fruitful and multiply and that He, God, never put two woman together and or two women together. So, there can never be any accepted explanation for anyone to practise such a lifestyle. This lifestyle, we know is an abomination to God. We know, also that such a lifestyle is an individual choice. No one was born a homosexual as some would seem to suggest when they say it is in the genes. So, if someone was born a homosexual, then such a person cannot help being so and it means that God made those individuals so. This we know could never be true, for if that was so, then He, God, would contradict himself, which he cannot do.
Therefore, it is time we recognize the fact that since it is a choice to be a homosexual, there would be consequences also. I beg of us to denounce such a lifestyle and I strongly advocate that we donât legalize such a practice nor accept it. Let us consider our children and the younger generation and let us show them the right way. I sincerely pray for this nation along that part.
