Celebrate Christmas with peace, love and goodwill

23.DEC.10

Editor: We are just a few days away from Christmas and towards the close of yet another year. I take this opportunity to publicly thank all the many readers who look forward to my articles every week.{{more}}

Thanks also to you, Madame Editor, for allowing me the space in your newspaper to have my letters published. I sincerely appreciate it.

As we reflect on this year, there are many things to be thankful for. It is my prayer that we would appreciate the good things we have received, even if it was small. We may be disappointed at many things we don’t like, yet we should still be positive.

If it be the will of the Almighty that we enter into another Christmas Day, let us celebrate it with peace, love and goodwill to all mankind and more importantly giving of praise and thanks to one who created us, the Almighty. If we are priviledged to enter another year, 2011, let us put Christ at the centre of our lives.

To everyone, I wish a blessed Christmas and a spirit filled and prosperous new year. Also to you, Madame Editor, and your family. May God bless us all and may peace and love reign on this nation.

Thank you.
