Almost one month has passed, and no arrest has been made in connection with his death. Is this another one of St.Vincent’s murders which will go unsolved?

The family of this young man needs answers. The investigation department and the law enforcement agencies need to make an arrest quickly. There are one or many killers walking the street, as if it is okay to take anyone’s life. Someone should be held in custody for this death.

This can have a tremendous effect on the tourist sector of Bequia. The island is known to many throughout the international countries, as an island with friendly people, peaceful surroundings and economic growth. Therefore, the visitors need to feel safe and secure.

We are pleading to the community and the investigation department to please take this case seriously, and get the criminals off the streets of Bequia and St.Vincent, i.e., the people responsible for Dwane’s death. No-one deserves to suffer such a death. Someone is responsible. This young man had a family and other loved ones who care for him then and now.

Please do not let another innocent victim fall at the hands of these criminals. Give him the justice that he deserve, so that his soul can be at rest peacefully, and his family as well.
