Whenever I go to pay my electricity bills, I meet a long line of customers that seem to want to turn me off. However, in pretty quick time I’ll be at a teller paying my bills. Vinlec, I want you to know I appreciate that kind of service very much.

Please keep up the good work. May you continue to be a model for banking, business and utility services around Kingstown. I think CWSA at Montrose does well enough too. Thank you too, CWSA. May other establishments in Kingstown imitate Vinlec in providing fast and efficient services.
