Nastiness on not too Nice Radio

Editor: Listening to the type of discourse on Nice Radio on Monday Nights, the attitude of these people has brought discredit to that station and the NDP who they are supporting.{{more}}

Their disembodied voices can only be heard in the darkness, that’s why they ask people to ‘STAY AWAKE’. They are disconcerted by any meaningful development in this country.

Their only interest is to demonize the Hon. Prime Minister. They are not interested in the Ottley Hall enquiry, NO, neither is the man who was dubbed Mr. Clean. Speaking at the NDP’s Convention, he barefacedly said that he doesn’t stand nonsense with Government money, but on the other side of his mouth had the gall to say: “THAT WITH ALL THE MONEY SPENT IN TRYING TO DISGRACE SIR JAMES IN THE INCOMPLETE ENQUIRY, THAT NOTHING CONCLUSIVE HAD BEEN FOUND”. Is this Mister Clean? We talking $200 million.

The disingenuous way they spoke about the owing of monies for medical supplies, you will get the impression that SVG is awash with millions of dollars and shouldn’t owe, but as recent as about 2 weeks ago, on Television, in Romania, their health system was broke; it was down to $2.00 in their account. Doctors were paid a meagre $400 per month; a child was even reported to have died because the parents were unable to pay the doctor.

They are making a big song and dance about the Auditor’s report at the hospital, but if there is a discrepancy about items purchased, it is simple, make the necessary adjustments – either let the people account by producing the items or pay for them. Where is the corruption?

They are like vultures preying on anything looking suspicious, but it amounts to nothing. I know that they would jump on the Otto Sam’s transfer, but Mr. Sam must understand, even if he holds a Bachelor’s in Education and is headteacher of a school, whether the PM visited the School unannounced, that does not give him the right to write to the PM direct. The Ministry simply asked him to apologise. Rather than comply, he went on a rampage trying to justify why he should not. You see, HAND DOES PLAIT ROPE AND THE SAME ROPE DOES TIE HAND. All this could have been avoided. You think you are too big to apologize. So how the Ministry go look, if no action was taken against you? Sense make before BOOK.
