Kingstown Co-operative Credit Union – thank you for your help

Editor: In a time of continuing uncertainty and great financial difficulty, the future can seem gloomy where opportunities and possibilities are concerned for young people in our parts of the World.{{more}}
Especially is this the case when you may not have been fortunate to have originated from a rich or âwell-offâ family, having not inherited house or land. Under such circumstances, the Christian mentality can truly keep you from frustration and anxiety, and I am also thankful to God for Stewards in Daddy and Mummy who worked hard to give us the educational opportunities that their parents could not even have afforded them. Then there are the teachers who saw your bright eyes and knew you were headed for greatness and stood up for you to ensure you got your fair reward. And who could forget those teachers who recommended you for assistance because you were filled with ability and potential but just didnât have the money? School days are mostly over, however, and by Godâs grace and the kind help of many people we have come this far.
Today I thank another body â a financial institution â the Kingstown Cooperative Credit Union (KCCU). They gave me a wonderful birthday gift when they approved a loan (on the eve of my birthday) so my husband and I could be able to purchase our very own piece of Vincentian soil/land. After shopping around for the institution that would best meet our needs, we found it in KCCU. Not only were they willing to consolidate other outstanding loans, accommodating, sensitive and more than reasonable, but they also gave sound and wise advice on how we should move forward. We know its business, but these people showed personal care also, and we wish to laud Mr. OâGarro and the other members of credit committee and our loan officer Ms. Sharol Gregg, publicly, for helping us.
And yet we know that itâs temporary because our heavenly father owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and with faithfulness to Him and endurance in His cause and work, we hope to soon walk on golden streets in the new Jerusalem for eternity. Until then, we thank KCCU and look forward to continuing faithful and loyal business with them.
It gives us great pleasure also in recommending them to anyone in need of help.
