Who are the NDP trying to fool now?

Editor: I would like to highlight the backward synopsis projected every week by the NDP as their views against the ULP Government. These views are baseless, of no substance, and for the most part a waste of time. All they talk about is a spirit and redemption charter. why they did not introduce that aspect when they were in Government? Who are they trying to fool? Why now?{{more}}

The crime situation did not just start when the ULP took the reins of Government; it started way back when you had a lot of young persons who did not pass common entrance and had to drop out of School. what is happening is the product of that era.

They blame the ULP Government for any and everything under the sun. is the Government responsible for the escalation of oil prices on the world market, thus having a domino effect on things generally? They criticize every project in this country, the latest being the Argyle International airport: the creativity in building the airport. they are not in favour of this airport, yet you must explain to them everything. It only takes the foresight of this Government to deliver with the coalition of the willing. Do you know what that means? Good friends coming to the rescue. It is like when your neighbours came by to assist you in building your house. All you needed to provide was something to eat and drink. you only had to provide the materials. Do you get the message? But you want them to come and explain that in dollars and cents. You guys should hang your heads in shame.

A few years ago, this Prime Minister visited Libya to augment his foreign policy, and and you should have heard the commotion and ridicule. but today, who is visiting Tripoli? The US Secretary of State. Eat your heart out. What is your response to that?

I really wonder what would have been our position if the NDP were in Government at this time. I only wonder.

Finally, every Monday night on Nice Radio, there are two men steeped in bitterness, just gushing/spewing out raw hatred and venom directed against the Hon. Prime Minister. They are behaving as persons who swear on oath not to stop until they see the back of the Prime Minister in Government. But let it be known that when you are digging a pit, you have to dig for yourself, because you and your associates might well fall in it.
