Potholes becoming deeper and deeper

Editor: The roads on the Leeward side of the island, mainly from Barrouallie to Kingstown, have too many deep potholes, and so need fixing.{{more}}

These potholes are becoming deeper and deeper as time goes by. I know there needs to be a complete resurfacing in some areas. The present condition can cause damage to the vehicles as well as accidents, as vehicles swerve from the holes to avoid going into them, which in some cases are very deep.

I would wish that something be done sooner rather than later. For neglecting to do something can cause serious consequences.

On another matter before I close, I would recommend to the traffic branch that a bus stop be placed in front of the Water Authority building. Many persons on a daily basis do business there, and yet there is no bus stop there. I hope that soon some consideration will be given to this suggestion.
