Will NDP tell us what is there to protest about?

01.June.07

EDITOR: It seems as though that the leader of the NDP, Mr. Eustace, is a confused man within his Party because it is clear to see that he’s not in control, otherwise he could not have been making all these blunders in respect of dates, clearly he has been misinformed by his associates.

Persons like Douggie Defreitas, E.G. Lynch, Junior Bacchus, Frank DaSilva and Matthew Thomas and others, have a bone in their throats and as a result, are putting pressure on their leader to put his foot in his mouth and thus he makes a lot of mistakes every time.{{more}}

No wonder they cannot address the negative comment that Sir James made about him in his book. The heart of the matter is this, Mr. Eustace has never formed any club,

be it dominoes, cricket,

much less a political party, this was something given to him and we all know that this did not go down well with the supporters of his party. It is just that better cannot be done why he is there in charge.

When you look at his address on television and in the manner that he presented himself, he projected an image unlike him, in that he grinds his teeth, shuffles his papers as though someone wrote it for him and the

bitterness that he was

portraying was sad. To add insult to the injury, referring to the Prime Minister as

hurricane Ralph, this to my mind was unbecoming. He is sending a wrong message to all that it is OK to say anything to the Prime Minister, but it is also alright to chastise the PM for allowing President Chavez to say things about the US President Bush.

Mr. Eustace must realize that the world does not owe us a living, we have to go out there and make friends to assist us.

What about the $1.00 user fee, is this really an issue? When you travel in the US and when you cross over certain areas, are you not required to pay a toll? This leader protests for everything and in the end he criticized the government for borrowing too much, now where will the money come from to develop this country? I could go on and on but this man is not ready as yet.

Let me give you a word of advice, if any of the Senators had a seat in Parliament, you as leader would have been history, but they have to keep quiet because they don’t want another one from the Grenadines to be leader of the party.

Nuff said.
