Sandals hosts networking event for SVG Hotel and Tourism Association
THE SANDALS RESORT Conference Room was the setting for the St Vincent and the Grenadines Hotel & Tourism Association’s (SVGHTA) inaugural Member Networking Forum on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

The event, which the SVGTHA saw as an opportunity to connect, reflected their commitment to strengthening the tourism and hospitality sector.
According to President Isola Giddings, bringing together industry professionals, partners, and stakeholders will continue to foster meaningful relationships, encourage collaboration and create opportunities for growth and innovation.
Speaking at the well-attended event, Giddings said they have achieved another milestone by getting all these stakeholders in one room.
“This attendance speaks volumes about the interest in this event; we need to encourage this setting more,” she commented.
“Today, we can focus on our shared goals, values, and foster sustainable development within our local cultures.” Giddings said she hopes that coming out of the session, she would see more offerings from suppliers to members in areas of membership rewards, whether by point system or discounts, “which will collaborate value, sustainability, and shared economic growth”.
