Largo Heights resident bonded for damage to property
A LARGO HEIGHTS man who smashed his cousin’s windows after refusing to leave his yard, was bonded and ordered to pay compensation.
Trevor Primus, 42, appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court yesterday, January 25, 2026 before Senior Magistrate Tammika Mckenzie, where he pleaded guilty that on July 31, 2025 at Largo Height, without lawful excuse he damaged three window panes valued at EC$326.67, the property of Joel Wynne of Largo Height intending to damage such property.
The facts are that Wynne is the owner of three 3×3 window panes. He also knows Primus very well because they are cousins.
On the date in question, at about 7:30 p.m,Wynne went to “BigYard” in Largo Heights where he met Primus, who demanded that he wanted his cutlass.
