Construction worked charged with illegal firearm and ammo possession, granted bail
A CONSTRUCTIONWORKER of Campden Park, who has been charged with possession of illegal firearm and ammunition, will return to court on March 2, 2026 having been granted bail when he made his first court appearance on January 26, 2026.
The police said they arrested and charged Nicholas Charles, 41, with possession of an illegal firearm and ammunition. A release from the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF), states that officers apprehended Charles on January 24, 2026, during targeted enforcement operations. The police said their investigations revealed that Charles was in possession of a 9-millimetre semi-automatic pistol, and 10 rounds of matching ammunition, both held without a licence issued under the Firearms Act.
