RUBIS makes donation to Marriaqua Government School
RUBIS has made a donation of supplies worth $3,000 to the Marriaqua Government School, which the company said in release caused the young faces of students to glow with gratitude, highlighting the motivational impact of the gesture.
The presentation from RUBIS West Indies Limited took place at the school on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 and saw 15 students receiving book bags containing essential items, and the school receiving such items as printing paper, files, white markers, erasers, folders, exercise books, notebooks, pens, and pencils.
The release states that the donation forms part of RUBIS’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and ensuring that students have the tools they need to succeed.
Its accounts executive, Elroy Edwards, is quoted as saying, “We are proud to contribute to the learning environment at Marriaqua Government School. Providing students and teachers with the right resources not only supports academic achievement but also inspires and motivates students to reach their full potential. At RUBIS, we are committed to giving back to our communities and fostering a brighter future for the next generation”.
Principal Susan Joyles, expressed gratitude on behalf of the staff, students, and parents.
