Roads are like craters says Cummings
Chairman of the New Democratic Party (NDP) Daniel Cummings continues to complain about the condition of roads in his constituency. Cummings, the incumbent representative for the constituency of West Kingstown said at a NDP meeting in Lowmans on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 that the road to Ottley Hall is so bad, that “its nothing but Kick em Jenny, pure craters”.
He also recalled that repair works on the road in Edinboro began since 2017, but the road is yet to be completed. He charged that over the years, there has been nothing but promises to fix roads in his constituency. He told persons attending the political meeting that the ruling administration does not do things because they love the people, rather, “They do things because they want to look good that is what drives them”.
“They don’t care if the people benefit. They have their mission, and that mission does not include the people of this country,” Cummings declared As the November 27, 2025 general elections draw closer, Cummings told Vincentians that its time to remove themselves from being the laughing stock of the world.
