Dr Friday promises no victimisation under his NDP Administration

AS GENERAL ELECTIONS in St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), draws closer Leader of the Opposition New Democratic Party (NDP), Dr. Godwin Friday is promising that there would be no victimization should the party be victorious at the polls.

“ There will be no victimization under an NDP government,” he declared during a news conference at Democrat House, Murray’s Road, Kingstown on Wednesday, October,1,2025, assuring persons who do not support the NDP, and are fearful of losing their jobs should there be a change of administration.

He said persons should not give in to fear mongering as there is nothing to fear once workers do their jobs efficiently and effectively.

“Everyone… will benefit from my New Democratic Party government,” Dr Friday promised, as he displayed a pledge card, which lists some of the things an NDP administration will do within its first two months in office.

“Within the first 60 days of an NDP government, we will deliver real progress for everyone in this country,” Dr Friday stated, adding that his party believes in delivery and accountability.

“We in the New Democratic Party will be held accountable, and we will put the mechanism in place to ensure that the people are able to do so.”
